Assist surgeons and anesthetists during surgical procedures.
Prepare the Operation Theatre, instruments, equipment, and required supplies before each procedure.
Ensure proper sterilization, disinfection, and maintenance of OT instruments and equipment.
Perform surgical scrub, gowning, gloving, and maintain strict aseptic techniques.
Assist with patient preparation, positioning, shifting, and protected transfer.
Check and maintain OT emergency drugs, crash cart, and essential supplies.
Perform pre-operative and post-operative nursing care as required.
Maintain surgical safety checklist, OT registers, records, and documentation.
Coordinate with surgeons, anesthetists, nurses, CSSD, housekeeping, and other departments.
Ensure proper counting of instruments, needles, gauze, and other surgical items before and after procedures.
Follow infection-control,



biomedical waste management, and hospital safety protocols.
Monitor availability and expiry of OT consumables, drugs, and surgical supplies.
Handle OT emergencies effectively and assist in resuscitation when required.
Maintain cleanliness, readiness, and smooth functioning of the OT at all times.
When OT procedures are not scheduled, perform ward nursing duties as assigned, based on the duty roster and hospital requirements.
Comply with hospital policies, NABH standards, quality requirements, and patient-safety protocols.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
