Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid Social Media Marketing role at DPOINT MEDIA. The candidate will be responsible for managing and growing social media accounts for the company and its clients.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute social media marketing strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

Create and manage monthly content calendars.

Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators to produce high-quality content.

Write captions, hooks, social media posts, and promotional content.

Research trending topics, reels, formats, hashtags, and social media trends.

Manage daily posting, scheduling, and publishing of content.

Monitor social media performance and prepare regular reports.

Analyze reach, engagement, followers, leads, and other key metrics.

Develop creative ideas for Reels, Stories, carousels,



campaigns, and promotional posts.

Work closely with clients to understand their brand, target audience, and marketing objectives.

Stay updated with the latest social media algorithms, trends, and digital marketing practices.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing / Digital Marketing preferred.

Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and social media trends.

Strong communication and content-writing skills.

Creative mindset with the ability to generate current content ideas.

Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance marketing.

Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.

Knowledge of Canva and basic video/content editing will be an advantage.
