Implement and support Salesforce Sales Cloud functionalities including:
Lead Management
Prospect Management
Sales Forecasting
Territory Management
Campaign Management
Pipeline Visibility Reporting
Design and optimize sales processes using Salesforce best practices.
Build scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud settings.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and clients for requirement gathering, solution design, and feasibility analysis.

Salesforce CPQ Responsibilities
Configure and support Salesforce CPQ solutions including:
Product Bundles Options
Product Features
Quote Templates
Quote Line Editor (QLE)




Product Rules Price Rules
Lookup Queries Lookup Tables
Implement energetic pricing and automated quote creation processes.
Develop and maintain Quote Calculator Plugin (QCP) solutions for advanced pricing and configuration requirements.
Configure:
Discounting Pricing Rules
Quote Approvals
Contract Generation
Quote-to-Contract workflows
Integrate CPQ with Sales Cloud to improve quoting accuracy and sales cycle efficiency.
Work with CPQ APIs, REST APIs, and Platform Events for integrations and automation.
Implement and support:
Conga Composer
Conga Sign
Document generation contract signing workflows
