Role & responsibilities

Manage complete FTTH rollout activities in Vizag.

Achieve daily/monthly rollout targets.

Manage subcontractor manpower and deployment.

Prepare daily activity-wise deployment plans and track achievements.

Ensure subcontractor SLA & productivity.

Handle material management and reconciliation.

Coordinate with local authorities and stakeholders.

Maintain daily/monthly/quarterly/yearly trackers and reports.

Motivate subcontractor teams and resolve site-level issues.
