URGENTLY HIRING – SOCIETY MANAGER

Location: Arun Chambers, Tardeo, Mumbai

Salary: ₹40,000–₹45,000 per month

Preferred Age: 35–45 years

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Society Management

We are looking for an experienced Society Manager who can independently handle the day-to-day administration and operations of the society.

Key Responsibilities:
Drafting Minutes of Meetings (MOM), letters, notices, circulars and official correspondence
Coordinating with vendors, agencies, contractors and service providers
Handling complete society administration and day-to-day operations
Managing and supervising society staff
Handling payroll, attendance, leave records and staff documentation
Experience in society-related filings, documentation, records and compliance work
Coordinating with Managing Committee Members, residents and external agencies




Maintaining proper records and ensuring timely follow-up of pending matters

Candidate Requirements:
3–5 years of hands-on experience in Society Management is mandatory
Good knowledge of society administration and related procedures
Robust English drafting and communication skills
Valuable knowledge of MS Office, emails and documentation
Robust coordination and follow-up skills
Should be able to independently manage society-related administrative work

Salary: ₹40,000–₹45,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability. Interested candidates may share their updated CV along with current salary, expected salary and notice period.
