Manage Le Pure Chocolatier’s social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.

● Develop and manage the monthly social media content calendar.

● Plan creative and engaging content including Reels, posts, stories, videos, and campaigns

.● Develop creative content ideas aligned with product launches, festive occasions, gifting seasons, and brand communication.

● Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, photographers, and content creators for content execution.

● Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, captions, hashtags, and social media updates

● Monitor social media trends and identify recent content formats and engagement opportunities.

● Manage influencer and creator collaborations to improve brand visibility and engagement.





● Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and maintain a positive brand presence online.

● Monitor competitors and relevant industry trends to identify content prospects.

● Track key social media metrics including reach, engagement, follower growth, views, and content performance.

● Prepare regular social media performance reports and provide recommendations for improvement.

● Maintain consistent brand tone, visual identity, and storytelling across all social media platforms.
