Job Summary

To manage commercially the Purchasing / Demand Planning for assigned SBUs incorporating purchases from local and overseas suppliers
What will you do?
Demand Planning
Cost effective management of inventory levels which satisfy Business unit performance requirements.




Ensure purchases are in line with anticipated forecasts and demand trends, set service levels and in line with product lead-time.
Driving collaboration with commercial team to incorporate /challenge sales forecast and assumptions on demand.
Lead Business Unit activities and ensuring the accurate maintenance of master data related to planning parameters by analyzing trends and lead time changes
Lead quarterly write off exercise with sales, L&D; and finance
Participate and contribute to monthly S&OP; meetings with Sales, Procurement, Customer service and Product management to drive actions and facilitate decision making.
Work closely with various key stakeholders(commercial, PM, Global supplying plants, etc ) to meet customers’ expectations and requirements
Gather, develop, analyses and validate historical data used in preparing forecasts.
