Job Summary

The Mechanical MEP Supervisor will be responsible for supervising all mechanical execution activities at site, ensuring quality workmanship, adherence to approved drawings and specifications, proper material planning, manpower monitoring, and coordination with internal teams and contractors to ensure timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor mechanical MEP installation activities at site including HVAC systems, ducting, chilled water piping, fire fighting systems, ventilation systems, pump rooms, and related mechanical services.
Ensure execution as per approved drawings, technical specifications, project standards, and client requirements.
Daily coordination with clients, project teams, project managers, head office, contractors, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.
Plan and allocate manpower effectively as per site work fronts and project schedules.
Conduct site measurements, progress monitoring, material planning, and inventory checks.
Coordinate with Design / BIM / MEP teams for technical clarifications,



drawing revisions, and execution support.
Ensure safety compliance and maintain site discipline as per company and project safety standards.
Support testing, balancing, commissioning, and handover activities for HVAC and other mechanical systems.
Prepare daily progress reports and update the Project Manager on site activities and challenges.
Ensure quality workmanship and timely completion of all mechanical MEP works.

Key Skills Required
Robust understanding of mechanical MEP drawings and site execution methodology.
Knowledge of HVAC systems, ducting, chilled water piping, fire fighting systems, ventilation systems, and installation standards.
Ability to read and interpret layout plans, schematic diagrams, isometric drawings, and section drawings.
Robust site supervision, workforce handling, and coordination skills.
Familiarity with testing, commissioning, and final handover proc
