Role Overview The Full Stack Developer is a highly skilled engineer responsible for designing and delivering end-to-end digital solutions across frontend and backend platforms, with a specialisation in Zoho CRM customisation and integration.
Key Responsibilities Zoho CRM Development & Customisation:
Design, implement, and maintain custom Zoho CRM modules, workflows, blueprints, and automation rules.
Build and manage custom functions using Deluge scripting.
Integrate Zoho CRM with third-party systems using Zoho APIs and REST-based integrations.
Backend Development
Build and maintain backend services using Node.js and TypeScript, following clean architecture and SOLID principles.
Design and implement RESTful APIs and webhook-based integrations.
Work with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
Frontend Development
Build responsive applications using React or Next.js with TypeScript.
Implement state management, component architecture, and performance optimisation.
Engineering Excellence
Write clean, well-tested code and promote a culture of peer review.
Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming.
