Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals.
Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written).
Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a "Social" way while cultivating leads and sales.
Conduct online advocacy and open a stream for cross-promotions.
Develop and expand community and influencer outreach efforts.
Oversee design (e.g., Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, and blog).
Design, create and manage promotions and social ad campaigns.
Compile reports for management showing results (ROI).
Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.
Stay updated with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

Requirements
Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist.
Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills.
Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.




Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO, and SEO.
Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
Positive attitude, detail and customer-oriented with positive multitasking and organizational ability.
Fluency in English.
BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, Recent Media or Public Relations.

Preferred Skills
Experience with social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.
Familiarity with web design and publishing.
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
Understanding of email marketing tools like MailChimp or similar.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
