Job Summary
What will you do?
Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Utilize conventional and unconventional sourcing channels including job boards, social media, AI tools, and CRM platforms.




Manage applicant funnels effectively to ensure timely progression through the recruitment process.
Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth scheduling across time zones and stakeholders.
Build solid relationships with hiring managers and HR partners to understand talent needs and deliver strategic sourcing solutions.
Conduct market intelligence research to identify talent trends, competitor insights, and sourcing prospects.
Promote Johnson Controls’ Employer Value Proposition (EVP) across sourcing channels.
What we look for?
5+ years of recruitment or talent sourcing experience, with a robust focus on India & APAC market.
Proven success in sourcing for roles in Engineering, Manufacturing, and Sales domains.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across global teams.
Proficiency in using ATS, CRM, market intelligence platforms, and AI tools for recruitment.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Excellent written and verbal
