Process daily billing transactions accurately through the billing software
Generate and verify invoices as per company guidelines check item codes, quantities, pricing, discounts, taxes, and other billing details.
ensure accurate system entries before finalizing the billing.
coordinate with stores and internal teams for billing- related requirements and discrepancies verify stock availability in the system before billing folllow up on pending billing and ensure timely completion.
handle billing corrections, cancellations, and amendments as required.
maintain proper records of all billing transactions and supporting documents.
prepare and maintain daily/weekly billing reports.
ensure compliance with GST and internal billing procedures
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
