Job Title: Inventory cum Purchase Executive

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day inventory operations and stock records.
Monitor raw material, packaging material, and finished goods stock levels.
Generate purchase orders and coordinate with vendors for timely delivery.
Maintain inward and outward stock entries in software/Excel.
Conduct regular stock verification and physical inventory checks.
Coordinate with production and accounts departments for stock and purchase requirements.
Maintain proper documentation of purchase bills, GRN, and stock reports.
Ensure minimum stock loss and proper material handling.
Track pending orders and follow up with suppliers.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
Ensure compliance with food safety and storage standards.

Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of inventory and purchase management.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and inventory/accounting software.




Ability to manage vendors and negotiate purchase rates.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in stock handling.
Basic understanding of food processing inventory systems preferred.

Qualification
Graduate in Commerce/Business Administration or relevant field.
Additional certification in inventory/store management will be an added advantage.
Minimum 4 years of experience in inventory and purchase operations.
Experience in food processing/FMCG industry preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced operational workplace.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
