We are looking for a talented and result-oriented Social Media Manager to manage and grow our digital presence across social media and online advertising platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across

Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other platforms

.
Create and optimize paid advertising campaigns to generate leads, engagement, conversions, and better

ROAS

.
Develop engaging ad copies, creatives, and landing page content.
Manage and grow social media presence across

Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms

.
Create, publish, and manage regular social media content.
Monitor campaign performance and track key metrics such as

CPL, ROAS, conversion rate, and customer acquisition cost

.
Prepare regular performance reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience research to improve campaign targeting.
Work closely with the

Marketing, Design, and Content teams to execute campaigns effectively.




Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platforms

.

Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline; Diploma/Degree in

Digital Marketing preferred.
3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing or a related field.
Hands-on experience with

Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and YouTube Ads

.
Experience in

Amazon Ads will be an added advantage.
Good knowledge of

PPC, Email Marketing, WhatsApp Marketing, SMS Marketing, and Social Media Marketing

.
Robust understanding of

Facebook Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager, and Google Ads

.
Proven ability to manage campaigns and improve

ROAS and lead generation

.
Solid analytical and data interpretation skills.
Good content writing and creative thinking skills.
Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.
Valuable communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in

MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

; knowledge of Photoshop is an advantage.
