Stores Manager – Job Description_Workstation Location: Kasuva

Key KPI: Stock accuracy, timely GRN/issue slips, zero avoidable stock-outs, minimum wastage & monthly reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities / Detailed :
Make entries and Manage receipt, storage, issue and transfer of materials.
Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular physical verification.
Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and avoid stock-outs.
Ensure proper GRN, issue slips and inventory documentation.
Monitor provisions and daily consumption against requirements.
Identify excess, slow-moving, damaged and expired stock.
Coordinate with Purchase and Centres for material requirements.
Ensure FIFO/FEFO and proper storage practices.
Reconcile physical stock with system records.
Supervise stores staff and ensure discipline and housekeeping.
Control wastage, pilferage and unnecessary purchases.
