We are looking for a hands-on and agile HR Generalist to oversee the human resources functions for our clothing store. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to the Store Manager, handling everything from recruiting fashion-forward sales associates and managing floor scheduling to fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring legal compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Partner with store leadership to identify staffing needs and create targeted job descriptions.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail staff, including stylists, cashiers, stock associates, and floor supervisors.
Facilitate a welcoming onboarding and induction process, including company culture training and standard store operating procedures
Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, advantages, and workplace issues.
Mediate and resolve employee relations issues promptly and professionally to maintain a harmonious floor setting.
Performance Management & Training4. Operations, Payroll & Compliance




Coordinate performance evaluation cycles and assist managers in setting clear sales targets and KPIs.
Identify training needs and coordinate development programs focused on customer service, product knowledge, and upselling.
Assist in managing employee schedules, attendance tracking, and processing monthly payroll.
Ensure strict compliance with local labor laws, wage regulations, and workplace safety standards.
Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date employee records in the HR database
Organize employee engagement initiatives, incentives, and recognition programs (e.g., "Top Seller of the Month") to boost store morale.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
