As a rapidly growing fashion brand, we are looking for a creative, trend-driven, and performance-focused Social Media Manager who can strengthen our digital presence, build engaging content, and contribute to brand growth.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
Manage and grow the brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
Plan and maintain monthly content calendars.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging Reels, Stories, Posts, and Campaigns.
Coordinate photoshoots, product shoots, influencer collaborations, and content creation activities.
Identify and leverage social media trends, viral formats, and emerging opportunities.
Work closely with Marketing, E-commerce, Design, and Leadership teams.
Build and manage influencer and creator partnerships.
Monitor comments, messages,



and community engagement.
Track KPIs including reach, engagement, follower growth, website traffic, and conversions.
Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Manage Meta Ads and social media promotions to maximize ROI.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.

Required Skills
2–5 years of experience in Social Media Management, preferably in Fashion, Apparel, Lifestyle, D2C, or Retail Brands.
Solid understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and emerging social platforms.
Excellent content planning and storytelling skills.
Experience with influencer marketing and creator collaborations.
Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools.
Understanding of Meta Ads Manager and social media analytics.
Robust communication, coordination, and project management skills.
Ability to independently manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
