Material Receipt &
Inspection:

Check incoming raw materials (polycarbonate granules, masterbatches), packing items, and accessories against purchase orders (POs) and delivery challans for size, thickness, color, and quantity. [1, 2]
Inventory &
Stock Control:

Maintain accurate ledger entries and ERP/SAP updates for stock movement, issuance, and returns. Enforce FIFO (First In, First Out) to manage roll numbers, batches,



and shelf life effectively. [1, 2, 3]
Production Issuance: Issue raw materials and packaging supplies to the shop floor based on approved requisitions and production plans. [1, 2]
Finished Goods &
Dispatch:

Organize finished polycarbonate sheets and rolls securely, supervising loading and dispatch operations to prevent scratches or handling damage. [1]
Stock Audits &
Reconciliation:

Conduct regular physical stock counts and cycle checks, reconciling discrepancies with system records. [1, 2]
Housekeeping &
Safety:

Maintain 5S standards, cleanliness, and safety protocols within the warehouse and storage yards. [1, 2]
