We are looking for: Lead Software Engineer - Applied AI

You’ll make an impact by:
Be a Leader: Provide technical leadership partnering with other engineers to develop and improve methodology and evolve the technology stack.
Build Production Grade AI Solutions: You will build and deliver to end customers ML and Agentic AI solutions to help them unleash the capabilities of their existing products and tools in the electric power and energy domain. You will develop high performing scalable systems in the context of large online delivery environments.

Use your skills to move the world forward
Bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent in electrical engineering.
At least 6 years software engineering experience, ideally in the context of machine learning (ML), agent harnesses, multi-agent orchestration and natural language processing (NLP)
At least 3 years’ practical, relevant experience building NLP/IR/ML/Agen
