Job Summary:
Hilton Fitness Systems is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the financial health of the company. The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing financial planning, budgeting, accounting operations, cash flow management, and financial reporting. The role requires solid analytical skills and the ability to support strategic decision-making for business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Develop budgets and financial forecasts.
Analyze financial performance and recommend improvements.
Accounting & Bookkeeping:
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations.
Ensure accurate recording of transactions in accounting systems.
Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
Cash Flow & Fund Management:
Manage company cash flow and working capital.
Coordinate with banks for loans, LC, and other financial facilities.
Monitor payments, collections, and financial commitments.
Tax & Compliance:
Ensure compliance with GST, income tax,



and statutory regulations.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Prepare documents for financial audits.
Inventory & Cost Control:
Monitor financial aspects of inventory, including trading stock and manufacturing materials.
Analyze product costing and profitability.
Implement cost control measures.
Financial Reporting:
Provide financial insights and reports to management.
Prepare MIS reports and financial dashboards.
Support strategic planning and decision-making.
Team Coordination:
Supervise accounts and finance staff.
Ensure proper documentation and internal controls.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce.
M.COM/MBA (Finance) preferred.
5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
Experience in manufacturing or trading companies is an advantage.
