Position Title – Store Executive

Department – Store

Responsibilities/ Accountabilities-

· Ensure that all inventory items are properly identified and readily accessible.

· Maintains an accurate computer record of all goods received & shipments made on a daily basis.

· Update stock ledgers and ERP Tally for inward/outward activities and generate reports.

· Manage the daily receiving, segregating, issuing, and packaging of products or materials.

· Track inventory levels, maintain minimum stock values, and prevent overstocking or stock-outs.

· Monitor the physical security of the store, ensuring the area is clean, organized, and properly restricted.

· Contact customer to confirm material receipt.

· Ensure protected and secure packing of material before dispatch and gets all dispatches verified by parts department personnel.

· Ensure safety measurement are taken for inflammable item as regarding storage & handling.

· Keep regular tab on movement of stock.

· Perform other duties assigned by his supervisor.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
