Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Executive to manage day-to-day store operations, inventory, material movement, and documentation. The candidate will ensure proper receipt, storage, and issue of materials while maintaining accurate stock records.

Key Responsibilities
Handle material inward and outward activities.
Receive, verify, and store materials properly.
Maintain accurate stock and inventory records.
Issue materials to Production, Maintenance, and other departments as required.
Prepare and maintain GRN, material issue slips, challans, and stock reports.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and maintain inventory accuracy.
Ensure proper labeling, identification, and storage of materials.
Monitor stock levels and inform management about shortages or excess stock.
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality,



and Logistics teams.
Update inventory records in ERP/software and MS Excel.
Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and discipline.
Ensure proper handling and storage of materials as per company procedures.

Required Skills
Knowledge of stores and inventory management.
Basic understanding of material inward/outward processes.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Robust attention to detail and record-keeping ability.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility
Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in any relevant stream.
1–3 years of experience in Stores, Warehouse, Inventory, or Material Management.
Manufacturing industry experience will be prefer

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
