Role Overview:
Location: Ashram Road, Ahmedabad (Onsite)
Shift Timing: 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM (Monday to Friday)

End-to-end recruitment & onboarding
Employee engagement & retention
Day-to-day HR operations
Supporting a quick-growing team workplace

Robust communication & interpersonal skills
Ability to manage hiring pipelines efficiently
A proactive and ownership-driven mindset
Prior HR experience (preferred, not mandatory)

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
