Responsibilities: Lead FP&A; activities for the highest growth business segment, partnering closely with business leaders, COO, CFO, and sales teams to drive strategic financial decision-making. Provide data-driven insights and decision support to management, identifying opportunities and risks to optimize performance and maintain profitability. Develop and maintain the segment’s strategic plan in collaboration with finance and business leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Drive standardization, automation, and strengthening of financial processes across the segment to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy.
