Responsibilities: Develop and implement service delivery strategies to achieve quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction targets for Property & Casualty insurance operations. Manage, mentor, and lead a team of service delivery professionals to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent delivery of services. Monitor, analyze, and optimize service processes to improve productivity, reduce errors, and enhance overall customer experience. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including operations, finance, and client teams, to resolve service delivery issues and implement improvements.
