Position: CNC Operator-cum-Programmer

Job Responsibilities
Operate and program CNC machines such as VMC, HMC, CNC Turning, and Milling machines.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
Prepare CNC programs using G-code and M-code as per component requirements.
Set up machines, tools, fixtures, and work offsets for production.
Perform first-piece inspection and ensure product quality within tolerance limits.
Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments during production.
Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds for machining operations.
Conduct routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot basic machine issues.
Maintain production records and ensure timely completion of work orders.
Follow safety standards, 5S, and company quality procedures.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of CNC programming and machine setup.
Understanding of measuring instruments like Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.
Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T; basics.
Familiarity with Fanuc/Siemens/Mitsubishi controllers.
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Valuable communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience as CNC Operator-cum-Programmer in manufacturing industry.
Pay: ₹15,347.30 - ₹30,946.43 per month
