Designation: Store In-Charge
Location: Factory / Manufacturing Unit - Electric Two Wheelers
Manage day-to-day store operations, including receipt, storage and issue of materials.
Maintain accurate stock records, bin cards and entries for all materials and spare parts.
Ensure proper identification, labelling and systematic storage of materials.
Coordinate with Purchase, Production and Accounts for timely material movement.
Verify incoming materials against PO, invoice and quantity.
Issue materials to production strictly as per approved BOM / material requisition.
Maintain FIFO/FEFO wherever applicable and prevent damage, deterioration or pilferage.
Conduct regular physical stock verification
Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and highlight shortages or excess inventory.
Maintain store cleanliness, safety and discipline.
Experience: 3–7 years in stores/inventory, preferably in an automotive/EV manufacturing workplace.
