Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced LM Store In-Charge to manage the day-to-day operations of a dark store and ensure smooth order fulfilment, inventory management and last-mile coordination.

Roles & Responsibilities
Manage daily dark store operations including inbound, picking, packing and dispatch.
Supervise and manage store associates and delivery operations.
Monitor order fulfilment, TAT, productivity and operational targets.
Ensure inventory accuracy, stock availability and proper stock movement.
Coordinate with last-mile teams to ensure timely order dispatch and delivery.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety, housekeeping and operational processes.




Handle operational issues and resolve store and delivery-related escalations.
Maintain daily operational reports, trackers and performance updates.

Eligibility
Minimum 2 years of experience in dark store, warehouse, logistics, quick commerce or last-mile operations.
Candidates with experience in Store In-Charge, Shift In-Charge, Hub In-Charge or Operations Supervisor roles are preferred.
Candidates should be willing to work in Chennai and in rotational shifts.
