Role Description The Store Manager at Grub Foods is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru. This position oversees daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.

The Store

Manager ensures a high level of customer service, manages customer inquiries and feedback, and promotes a welcoming in-store experience.

Responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, controlling operational costs, implementing loss prevention measures,



and coordinating with central operations and delivery teams. The role also involves training and coaching team members, maintaining compliance with company policies, and supporting process improvements to drive store efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction.
Store operations capabilities, such as Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention.
Excellent interpersonal and Communication skills for coordinating with staff and customers.
Experience in food retail, QSR, or hospitality operations is preferred.
Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a rapid-paced environment.
Basic proficiency with POS systems and inventory management tools.
Working knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and local regulatory requirements.
Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Hospitality, Retail Management, or a related field is an advantage.
