Role Description The Store Manager role is a full time, in office position located in Meerut.

The Store

Manager will oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual organization of products. The role involves supervising store staff, assigning tasks, and ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.

Manager will handle customer queries, resolve issues, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, implementing retail loss prevention measures,



preparing basic reports, and coordinating with other departments to support overall business objectives.

Qualifications
Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to handle queries and resolve concerns effectively.
Store Management experience, including inventory control, staff coordination, and day-to-day retail operations.
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers, team members, and management.
Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to safeguard stock and minimize shrinkage.
Prior experience in retail, sports goods, or related sectors is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site full time in Meerut and manage a fast-paced store environment.
Basic proficiency with POS systems and standard office software (e.g., spreadsheets and reporting tools).
Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred.
