Role Description The Social Media Marketing Manager is a full time, in office role based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media campaigns across platforms to align with client brand goals and target audiences. Day-to-day activities include managing social media calendars, coordinating content creation, overseeing community engagement, and monitoring performance metrics.





The Social Media Marketing

Manager will collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, and account managers to ensure cohesive brand messaging and high-quality deliverables. The role also involves analyzing campaign data, preparing performance reports, suggesting improvements, and staying current with social media trends and platform updates.

Qualifications
Robust Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing campaigns across major platforms.
Ability to develop and execute effective Content Strategy aligned with brand positioning and business objectives.
Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and interact professionally with clients.
Proven experience in social media or digital marketing roles within agencies or brands.
Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines.
Demonstrated creativity, strategic thinking, and familiarity with current social media trends and best practices.
Should be able to overlook and handle photoshoots.
Previous experience in hospitality/ food industry is preferred.
