Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients using a prepared script to present information about products or services.
Engage in active listening to understand customer needs, concerns, and objections, and provide appropriate solutions or information.
Accurately record and update customer information, interactions, and sales leads in the CRM system.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets, lead generation quotas, or sales objectives.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, escalating issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Follow communication scripts and guidelines meticulously to ensure consistency and quality of service.
Build rapport with customers to foster positive relationships and enhance customer satisfaction.
Provide detailed information about product features, advantages, and pricing to potential customers.
Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective clients when applicable.
Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and calling techniques.
