Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and mentor the Social Media team.
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with client goals and business objectives.
Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Pinterest, and YouTube.
Plan and manage monthly/weekly content calendars for clients.
Oversee content creation, captions, creatives, reels, stories, and other social media content.
Conduct competitor analysis, audience research, and market research.
Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats.
Review and approve content before publishing to ensure quality and brand consistency.
Track and analyze social media performance using relevant analytics and reporting tools.
Prepare and present regular performance reports with actionable insights.
Monitor engagement, reach, impressions, followers, leads, conversions, and other relevant KPIs.




Coordinate with Content, Graphic Design, Video, SEO, PPC, and other internal teams.
Develop strategies for organic growth and audience engagement.
Plan and monitor paid social media campaigns in coordination with the paid marketing team.
Handle client communication, meetings, feedback, and strategy discussions.
Ensure all deliverables and campaigns are completed within deadlines.
Identify prospects to improve campaign performance and client ROI.
Troubleshoot campaign and performance-related issues and provide suitable solutions.
Stay updated with the latest social media algorithms, trends, tools, and best practices.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
