Role Description This is a full time, on-site Social Media Marketing Specialist role based in Bengaluru. The specialist will plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms to build brand awareness and community around Bean91 Coffee.

Responsibilities include managing social media calendars, developing platform-specific campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, and engaging with followers through comments and messages. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and creative teams, supporting digital promotions,



and ensuring that all social content reflects Bean91’s brand voice and values. The specialist will stay updated on social media trends and recommend recent formats and strategies to strengthen Bean91’s online presence.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing to plan and execute platform-specific campaigns.
Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to develop compelling, brand-aligned content and promotions.
Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to engage audiences, collaborate with internal teams, and represent the brand clearly and professionally.
Experience with social media analytics tools, basic knowledge of paid social advertising, and familiarity with coffee or lifestyle brands are beneficial.
A degree or coursework in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, along with prior experience in managing brand social media accounts, is preferred.
