Role Overview

We’re hiring a Business Analyst (AI Context) to turn fuzzy business problems into crisp, buildable specifications. You’ll document workflows, prepare use-case requirements, and partner with customers, sales, and engineering to ship AI solutions that work in the real world—on time, compliant, and tied to explicit business outcomes.

What You’ll Do

Discovery & Requirements
Run stakeholder interviews, call shadowing,



and data reviews to uncover goals, constraints, and edge cases.
Produce BRDs/PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and a traceability matrix tied to KPIs.

Process & Workflow Design
Map current and future-state workflows (swimlanes/BPMN), including human ↔ AI handoffs, SLAs, guardrails, and escalation paths.
Define intent taxonomies, conversation flows, fallback strategies, and success metrics for voice/chat agents.

System & Integration Specs
Write API/data requirements for CRM, ticketing, billing, telephony, calendars, payment, and knowledge bases.
Specify authentication/authorization, PII handling, retention, and GDPR considerations.

AI-Specific Analysis
Translate business objectives into LLM/agent capabilities: tools, retrieval, memory, evaluation harnesses, and safety rules.
Define evaluation criteria (task success, containment, CSAT, AHT, FCR) and support pilot/POC test plans.
