Role & responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily store or warehouse operations efficiently.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy.
Coordinate inward and outward movement of goods and materials.
Ensure timely order picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
Maintain documentation and inventory records.
Monitor team productivity and allocate tasks.
Ensure adherence to SOPs and safety standards.
Handle rotational and night shifts.
Track product availability and reduce discrepancies.
Coordinate with vendors and logistics teams.
Maintain cleanliness and discipline.
Support recruitment and training.
Resolve operational issues and escalate when required.
Ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer service.

Preferred candidate profile
1+ years in Dark Store/FMCG/Inventory/Warehouse/Logistics/E-commerce/Quick Commerce/Supply Chain.
Inventory handling knowledge.
Basic computer skills.
Valuable communication and team handling.
Physically fit; willing to work rotational/night shifts.
