We're looking for a friendly and motivated ICT Support Officer to join our team and help deliver high-quality technology support across the organisation. This is a fantastic short-term opportunity (approximately 6-months) with the potential for extension, giving you valuable hands-on experience in a modern ICT environment.

About the role

You'll be the go-to person providing ICT support across the organisation, helping keep systems running smoothly and users supported.

Your day-to-day will include:
Responding to ICT support requests and resolving technical issues
Providing friendly, skilled Service Desk support
Troubleshooting hardware, software and system issues
Supporting equipment setup, asset management and ICT projects




Creating and maintaining documentation and procedures

About you

If you are customer-focused, tech-savvy and eager to learn, we want to hear from you

You will bring:
Qualifications in ICT (or equivalent experience) and a current Class C Driver Licence
Strong communication skills and a passion for helping people
Problem-solving ability and a proactive approach
A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn new technologies
Experience with the following systems is desirable:_
Microsoft 365 administration, Microsoft Azure and cloud-based services
