Role Overview

Responsible for managing day-to-day Central Warehouse operations and ensuring accurate and timely handling of materials from inwarding through storage, picking, packing and dispatch. The role also involves inventory accuracy, vendor bill verification, coordination with internal departments, team training, warehouse reporting, safety and SOP compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day Central Warehouse operations.
Ensure accurate inwarding, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of materials.
Maintain accuracy between physical and system inventory.
Monitor stock levels, discrepancies, damages and expiry/FEFO requirements.
Ensure timely processing and dispatch of orders.
Process and verify vendor bills against agreed rates for payment processing.




Train recent team members on warehouse processes and system operations.
Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Logistics and other departments.
Maintain proper warehouse housekeeping, safety and SOP compliance.
Prepare and submit daily and weekly warehouse reports.
Escalate stock and dispatch-related issues to management.

Preferred candidate profile Candidate should be capable of performing warehouse operations involving material inwarding, storage, picking, packing and dispatch, inventory control, stock monitoring, vendor bill verification, cross-functional coordination, reporting, team training and compliance with warehouse safety and SOP requirements.
