Objective: To lead and manage the ARMORO Bengaluru store, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, operational excellence and seamless coordination across retail and café operations. This is a founding team role for someone who thrives on ownership, leadership, hospitality and building systems that scale.

Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day operations of the ARMORO Bengaluru store.
Deliver exceptional customer experiences across retail and café touchpoints.
Recruit, train, mentor and manage a high-performing team.
Create and maintain SOPs, operational workflows, and service standards.
Manage staff scheduling, attendance, performance, and accountability.
Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, visual merchandising, and brand standards.
Oversee inventory management, stock control, and vendor coordination.
Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
Track store performance and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
Work closely with the founders to continuously improve customer experience and store operations.




Foster a culture of ownership, hospitality, attention to detail, and accountability.

Qualifications
4+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, café, lifestyle, or customer-facing operations.
2+ years of experience leading teams and managing daily operations.
Strong understanding of customer service, team management, and operational excellence.
Experience building, improving, and maintaining operational processes and systems.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on setting.
Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Robust leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with premium retail, outdoor & lifestyle brands, hospitality, or customer-centric environments such as Decathlon is preferred.
Ownership mindset with a passion for creating memorable customer experiences.
