We're hiring an Operations Lead to run ZB Digital end-to-end when the founder isn't in the room. This is not a project coordinator role. This is a number-two seat.

You will be the person clients trust, the person the team reports to, and the person who makes sure work ships on time, on quality, and on strategy. The founder will continue to set direction, win recent business, and lead high-stakes strategic work. Everything else — delivery, team, ops, internal systems — becomes yours.
