Role Description This is a full time, in office Structural Engineer role based in Kolhapur.

The Structural

Engineer will perform structural analysis and design for steel structures, PEB structures, silos, and industrial piping support systems, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and safety standards. Daily responsibilities include preparing and reviewing engineering calculations, developing CAD drawings and models, coordinating with project managers and fabrication teams, and resolving technical queries during fabrication and installation. The role also involves inspecting structures, preparing technical documentation,



contributing to design optimizations, and supporting quality control and continuous improvement activities across projects.

Qualifications
Solid foundation in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering, with the ability to apply engineering principles to industrial structures.
Proficiency in Structural Analysis and detailed engineering calculations for steel and PEB structures.
Hands-on experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for creating and interpreting structural drawings and models.
Relevant academic background, such as a bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
Knowledge of applicable building codes, standards, and industry practices for industrial and metal fabrication projects.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and quality in all engineering work.
Prior experience in industrial projects (sugar, distillery, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, chemical, power, or oil and gas) is an advantage.
