Role Description:
It is a production support senior business functional analyst role responsible for delivering the business vision and strategy, at a global level, focusing on achieving consistent operational excellence and client/user satisfaction through industrialization, price/value optionality and leveraging increased automation and the use of technology.

Work includes:
Creating a digital vision and strategy for the bank, and ensuring its integration with the organization's overall strategic plans
Identifying opportunities for differentiating the bank's digital portfolio including capabilities and solutions
Acting as a change agent in leading the organizational changes that are required to create and maintain the necessary digital portfolio

Your key responsibilities:
May be required to provide on-call support over the weekend or public holidays.
Work as a bridge between operations and technology and should have capability to communicate the technological challenges to business in the language business understands.
Manage the effective handover between stakeholders.
Guide and support vendor partners wherever required.

Your skills and experience
Should have hands-on knowledge on Unix shell scripting, SQL.
Should have prior experience on basic java and app server.
Knowledge around Kubernetes and java -microservices.
