Hiring for Trainer for Seller Support Team for leading BPO

nCTC: Upto 8 LPA
nLocation: Pune
n
nRoles and Responsibilities
n
nTraining Delivery: Conduct comprehensive Recent Hire Training (NHT), product updates, and refresher training sessions on complex Seller Support processes.
nThroughput & Quality: Own the training batch Throughput and ensure recent hires transition successfully into production meeting baseline metrics.
nContent Development: Design, update, and maintain training modules, assessments, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
nTNA/TNI: Collaborate with QA and Operations to conduct Training Need Analysis/Identification (TNA/TNI) and deploy targeted intervention modules.
