Job Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day maintenance activities of the facility.
Ensure proper functioning of ACs, lighting, fixtures, and equipment.
Attend breakdown complaints and resolve issues within the defined timeline.
Conduct preventive maintenance as per schedule.
Maintain safety standards and workplace cleanliness.
Coordinate with vendors and support staff whenever required.
Maintain service and maintenance records.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 per month
