Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical General Manager to serve as an internal operational orchestrator. This permanent role focuses on analyzing unstructured organizational challenges, designing delivery strategies, and supervising internal execution. You will maximize efficiency across primary research pipelines, background verification operations, and talent acquisition frameworks by effectively delegating to and mobilizing existing personnel.

Core Responsibilities
Strategic Analysis & Diagnostics
Analyze operational workflows to locate and resolve efficiency bottlenecks.
Design cross-functional delivery blueprints and process-stabilization strategies.
Evaluate internal team capabilities to ensure optimal resource allocation.
Delegation & Execution Supervision
Delegate operational milestones and quality benchmarks to business unit heads.
Supervise the delivery of primary investment research and compliance pipelines.




Oversee internal verification workflows and information privacy standards.
Commercial Enablement & Training
Supervise post-sale client onboarding and administrative handoffs to support sales teams.
Oversee the delivery of offline training modules to upskill internal personnel.
Represent the firm physically at international industry events and B2B trade forums.
Talent Architecture Governance
Direct the strategic pipelines for international internal executive search.
Govern internal HR integration mechanisms and local employment compliance.
Operational Leadership: Extensive experience steering delivery pipelines inside qualified services or knowledgebroker infrastructures.
Management Style: Proven capability to analyze, strategize, delegate, and supervise high-impact internal teams.
Industry Literacy: Practical knowledge of primary investment research models, global verification platforms, or human capital placement
