What you’ll do:
We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Analyst to support the implementation and adoption of EPLAN and AI- driven engineering solutions to digitize and standardize engineering workflows across the product lifecycle. Drive integration of EPLAN with PLM/ERP and other engineering systems to enable a scalable digital thread, improved data consistency, and end-to-end traceability. Partner with engineering, IT, and vendors to design automated, data-driven processes, leveraging AI for configuration, validation, and workflow optimization. Deliver business value through reduced manual effort, enhanced design accuracy, and accelerated engineer-to-order (ETO) execution.- Key Responsibilities- Lead EPLAN Implementation & Standardization

Drive enterprise rollout of EPLAN (Electric P8, ProPanel, EEC) across product lines, establishing standardized engineering processes, templates, and data models.- Enable Digital Thread & System Integration

Define and implement integrations between EPLAN and enterprise systems (PLM, ERP, MES) to ensure end-to-end data flow, traceability,



and consistency across the engineering lifecycle.- Help drive AI-Enabled Engineering Automation

Lead the deployment of prioritized high value AI use cases (e.g., configuration automation, data extraction, validation, workflow optimization) to reduce manual effort and improve engineering productivity.- Translate Business Needs into Technical Solutions

Analyze engineering workflows (especially ETO scenarios) and define requirements, architectures, and scalable solutions aligned with product-line deployment strategy.- Lead Cross-Functional Delivery & Change Management

Collaborate with engineering, IT, and external partners to deliver solutions while driving user adoption, training, and change management across sites and regions.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical or related field
