Key Responsibilities
Contribute to ensuring the highest Quality Standard During Tyre Manufacturing Process
Responsible to Maintain ISO/IATF Documentation to maintain QMS
Improve first time right rate by promptly addressing scrap issue
4.Certify Machine Process During Trail and Regular Production to maintain consistency & quality
Efficiently Handle NC material and its Disposal to ensure a Smooth manufacturing Process
6.Responsible for validation and verification of POK YOKE
Doing product & process audit
8.Making SPC to control the process in between the standards or Target Limits
Core knowledge of nylon Calendar, Bias Cutter, Bead Wining, Kneade and Inner liner area
