Role & responsibilities
Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety standards across project sites.
Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments to identify unsafe conditions and practices.
Ensure compliance with applicable safety, health, environmental, and statutory requirements.
Prepare and implement Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Risk Assessment, Method Statements, and Permit-to-Work systems.
Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and unsafe occurrences and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Conduct safety induction, toolbox talks, training programs, and emergency preparedness drills for employees and contractors.
Monitor PPE compliance, work-at-height, lifting, excavation, electrical, confined-space, and other high-risk activities.
Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and management to improve safety performance and close HSE observations.
Maintain HSE records, inspection reports, incident statistics, training records, and monthly MIS.
Drive a robust safety culture and support continuous improvement to achieve zero major accidents and statutory non-compliance.
