Guardian Angel Institute of Caregiving (GAIC) is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Student Counsellor to support student admissions for our job-oriented caregiving and healthcare training programs.

The candidate will be responsible for handling enquiries, counselling prospective students, following up with leads, and converting enquiries into confirmed admissions.

Key Responsibilities
Handle student enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and other channels.
Counsel prospective students and understand their career goals.
Explain course details, eligibility, fees, duration, career prospects, and admission procedures.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
Achieve assigned monthly admission and conversion targets.
Conduct outbound calls and follow up with leads generated through digital marketing and other campaigns.
Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM/lead management system.




Maintain regular communication with prospective students and parents.
Coordinate with the training and operations teams for smooth student onboarding.
Participate in college visits, career counselling programs, education fairs, and admission campaigns.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on leads, follow-ups, conversions, and admissions.

Requirements
Qualification: Any Degree.
Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in Student Counselling, Admissions, Education Sales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, or a similar role.
Candidates without relevant experience will not be considered.
Excellent English and Malayalam communication skills are required.
Robust counselling, communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented with positive lead conversion and follow-up abilities.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM/lead management systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
