Counsel students and clients regarding suitable migration and overseas opportunities.
Understand client profiles, requirements, career goals, and eligibility.
Explain available migration pathways, procedures, documentation, and services clearly.
Handle inbound and assigned leads and convert them into successful clients.
Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Maintain robust relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales/conversion targets.
Maintain accurate client information and follow-up records in the CRM.
Coordinate with the processing and documentation teams for smooth case handling.
Address client queries and provide timely updates throughout the sales process.
Identify prospects for cross-selling and upselling relevant services.
Participate in counselling sessions, seminars, workshops, and promotional activities when required.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.
Prepare regular reports on leads, conversions, follow-ups, and sales performance.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
